Return Eligibility

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

• All items must be in their original packaging with all original tags intact.

• To help us assess your request, we kindly ask that you provide clear photos or a video of the product showing the reason for the return.

• Our team will review your submission to verify if the return reason is genuine.

Free Return Shipping

• If your return request is approved as a genuine issue (such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we will provide a prepaid shipping label or arrange for a courier to pick up the item at no additional cost to you.

• Please note that for returns not deemed to be a genuine quality or shipping issue, return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.

Refund Process

• Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you regarding the status of your refund.

• If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
